Word on the Internet... with the WB announcing it's fall schedule May 13, it is nice to see chatter on the internet like this:

Smallville was one of six shows that the network has already decided to bring back next fall. The others are 7th Heaven, Charmed, Gilmore Girls, Everwood and Reba.

Here's hoping the grapevine has gotten it right.

As a side note, Reba features Scarlett Pomers, who has previously been seen on Voyager!

“Girls kick ass. Says so on the t-shirt.” - Max
For his much-anticipated television debut, Academy Award-winner James Cameron (“Titanic,” “T2") teams with Emmy Award-winner Charles Eglee (“Murder One”) to create DARK ANGEL, a sci-fi adventure series set in the near future.

DARK ANGEL stars Jessica Alba (“Never Been Kissed”) as Max, a genetically-enhanced human prototype with attitude to spare. Having escaped her military handlers, she is hunted by them through the underground street life of 21st Century Pacific Northwest. Max is aided in her quest -- both to avoid capture and to reunite with her surviving “siblings” -- by Logan Cale (Michael Weatherly). Cale, an idealistic cyber-journalist, battles corruption and the oppressive establishment in this futuristic landscape.

Although the ultracool and emotionally detached Max initially resists Logan’s attempts to enlist her in his crusade, she ultimately brings her unique skills and abilities to bear in taking on the ruthless power-brokers of the new millennium.

DARK ANGEL also stars John Savage as Lydecker, the military operative hunting Max and her “siblings” through this future world.

Andromeda Season 2 Volume 6 (DVD)Y&R Weaves a Tangled Cobb-web!

Former AMC superstar Keith Hamilton Cobb (ex-Noah) is moving to Genoa City. As things continue to get more intriguing with the many tangled webs of the Jabot/Newman Enterprises feuding, Y&R turns up the heat even more with the addition of Cobb as Damon Porter.

"Damon Porter is a brilliant, charismatic chemist who will have a significant impact on the Jabot-Satine conflict," said Executive Producer David Shaughnessy. "This former Atlanta rancher has an almost magical quality about him that people will find irresistible. He will immediately become part of the Newman/Abbott conflict."

Best known for his sizzling portrayal of Noah Keefer on the drama All My Children, Cobb turned a supposed short stint into an electrifying three year fairytale romance with Julia Santos, played by Sydney Penny. Their characters had a magical wedding and soon after had to flee town and join the Witness Relocation Program. Despite that, Penny has been able to make a couple of returns to the show in conjunction with the comings and goings of Eva La Rue Callahan, but they were always made without Cobb. This marks his daytime return. The actor, who worked very closely with The District's Lynne Thigpen (ex-Grace) when they were both on AMC, had the following to say to SoapCity after her passing a couple of months ago: "All My Children was my first step into television." Keith recalls. "I had been doing stage work. In daytime, you have to hit the ground running to come up to speed. She was working with me right from the start. Her work was amazing -- very honest. I was sort of a deer in the headlights in this situation and she said, 'Just play to me and just believe that I am your aunt and you are my nephew and don't worry about anything else.' I remember that being a very easy thing to do, to be in that moment with her."
