This fastlane is one I'll gladly spend an hour in -- at full speed... along side the cops!

Did I really write that just two weeks ago????  Has it really been two long weeks???

My how time flies!  And in the case of Fastlane time seems to move a bit slower when I'm in the fastlane, which isn't good.

This is a show with a lot of potential, but it comes off as almost a low-budget effort at a high-budget show.  The Candy store is supposed to be LOADED -- and yet I've never even seen a mechanic there, much less any other cops.  I'm expected to believe the LAPD has all this stuff just lying around and only lets three people touch it?

The stretch is a bit further than I want to stretch.

I'll tune in again this week to see... a SCHEDULE ALERT.

I have to wonder if that's an accident, or on the up and up -- but it seems this show is off the air until October 30th.  Maybe, during this little Baseball break, these characters can find their way back into the truly fast lane.

Then again, a month is long enough for a viewer like me to forget I ever tuned in in the first place...
