Burbank, CA (June 26, 2003) – The ABC Family original movie LUCKY 7 is set to premiere Sunday, July 20 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). Kimberly Williams-Paisley ("According To Jim," "Father Of The Bride I & II"), Patrick Dempsey ("Sweet Home Alabama," "About A Boy"), Brad Rowe ("Leap Of Faith," "Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss") and Gail O'Grady ("American Dreams," "NYPD Blue") star in the romantic comedy.
LUCKY 7 follows Amy (Williams-Paisley) as she searches for the man of her dreams. Amy has strictly been following a timeline her mother (O'Grady) left her for a successful life, without any detours along the way. Her mom not only chose Amy's career as a lawyer, but also told her she would have several boyfriends and lucky number seven would be the man that she'd marry. The problem is Amy's met Daniel (Brad Rowe) and has fallen in love, but he's only number six. Now she must find a substitute number six (Patrick Dempsey) or break free from the timeline that has kept her mother's memory close all these years.
Lion's Gate Entertainment produced this original film for ABC Family. Jessica Barondes wrote the script and Harry Winer ("Alias," "Now And Again") directed.
