I have eaten there many times and tried different items each time.
If you care about how the chef prepars the food and if the materials are fresh, this is the place to go. They use organic and fresh materials to prepare the food.
I have tried at least 10 items from Nu Age Cafe.

The best place to check the menu is their website: http://www.nuagecafe.com/3_menus.html The menu indicates which items are wheat free.
